Senior SaaS Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for independently performing routine and complex aspects of a variety of accounting functions and general ledger activities, requiring a working knowledge of SaaS accounting and a strong knowledge of GAAP. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis and reporting. We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical skills and enjoys working in a challenging and fast paced environment to support the continued success of the firm.

We are a small, single digit mm/yr SaaS provider to a niche market growing at a frantic pace. So, while there is not much bookkeeping to be done because of the sheer lack of volume of transactions, infrastructure needs to primed for growth. Decisions have to be made and rock solid processes need to be put in place. You will, in conjunction with our outside accounting council and the CFO, be the architect of an accounting system built for scale and improvement as well as a management information system that puts critical data at the company’s fingertips.

In addition, as one of two financial minds in the company, you will be tasked with various questions outside of the accounting box, such as:

  • How do we time inventory purchases for our best return?

  • How do we invest deferred revenue float?

  • How do we structure our reserve for our warranty business?


  • Prepare/review monthly financial statements.
  • Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and update schedules
  • Process general ledger entries, including prepaid accounts, accruals, allocations, amortizations, and reclassifications
  • Responsible for cash management, bank reconciliation, EFT processing, as well as reviewing and posting journal entries.
  • Manage and maintain the financial close schedule, staying timely and on target with deadlines and Corporate expectations.
  • Oversight on the reconciliation process and management of all supporting documents with appropriate controls and sign offs.
  • AP/Billing assistance when needed (90% automated)
  • Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process


  • Bachelors Degree required, accounting degree preferred
  • 3+ years work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Advanced knowledge of either QuickBooks Online or a more advanced platform
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
  • Aptitude for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Critical thinker with proven problem-solving initiative
  • Flexibility to handle multiple high-priority items at once
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while cooperating in a team setting

Sales Representative

We are seeking a local, highly motivated Sales Representative to effectively sell our Parking and e-Citation software products and services to state, county, and municipal organizations. Our Sales Representative will employ a consultative sales process while seeking out new business, maintaining existing relationships to continue recurring revenue, and working directly with decision makers to determine and meet their needs.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, including identifying potential clients, determining client needs, negotiating, and closing

  • Generate new business by conducting market analysis, cold calling, and prospecting

  • Work with our existing clients on up-sell opportunities and contract renewals

  • Act as a “solutions expert" consultant by helping partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives

  • Work directly with the management team, software support, and project management throughout sales lifecycles

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert

  • Sales Experience desired, but not necessary

Systems Engineer

We are looking to extend a Systems Engineering internship opportunity to an interested student who is majoring in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related majors. This intern would be required to work locally in our office located in Horsham, PA. We are looking for a student interested in integrating information technology into the law enforcement and public safety fields in a Systems Engineering role.

  • Test and validation

  • Technical writing

  • Internship students would also be exposed to other areas such as marketing and sales responsibilities if interested.

  • Applicants should have excellent communications, analytical, and organizational skill sets.

  • Students should be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and have at minimum, a basic understanding of web applications (especially cloud based) and user interface design.

  • Prior experience with Android or Windows CE Operating Systems is a plus, but not required.

Other tasks may include
  • Internal and external customer support

  • Testing and validation of version specific mobile software, cloud software, and hardware devices

  • Creation/modification of system documentation including Test and Validation Plans, Client Specific Requirements, and Software Bugs and Enhancements

  • Provisioning new Client Cloud Instances

  • Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management
